Welcome to Nutrition Nook (“we”, “us”, “our”). 1. Eligibility

3. Platform Services

Nutrition Nook provides an online platform that connects users with restaurants, home chefs, and delivery partners for ordering and delivery of food. We do not prepare, cook, or package food ourselves unless explicitly stated.

4. Orders and Payments

  • All orders placed through the Platform are subject to availability and acceptance.
  • Prices, menus, and availability are determined by partner restaurants and home chefs.
  • Payments must be made through authorized payment methods available on the Platform.
  • Nutrition Nook is not responsible for payment failures caused by third-party payment providers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Order cancellations and refunds are governed by our cancellation and refund policy, which may vary based on restaurant, chef, order status, and delivery stage. Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its security
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Misuse promotions, coupons, or referral programs

7. Partner Responsibilities

Restaurants, home chefs, and delivery partners are responsible for:

  • Food quality, hygiene, safety, and compliance with applicable laws
  • Accuracy of menu descriptions, pricing, and availability
  • Timely preparation and handover of orders

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Nutrition Nook or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutrition Nook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or services provided by third-party partners.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nutrition Nook, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

11. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
