- Once food preparation has started, cancellation may not be allowed.

b. Cancellation by Nutrition Nook
Nutrition Nook reserves the right to cancel an order in situations including, but not limited to:
- Unavailability of items
- Restaurant or home chef unavailability
- Delivery partner constraints
- Suspected fraudulent activity
- Technical or operational issues
2. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of placing the order.
- Full refunds may be issued if an order is cancelled before food preparation begins.
- Partial or no refunds may apply if food preparation has already started.
- Refund eligibility may vary based on the nature of the issue and partner policies.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided in the following cases:
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the user
- Unavailability of the recipient at the time of delivery
- Order rejection after food preparation has started
- Minor delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events
4. Order Issues and Complaints
If you experience issues such as missing items, incorrect orders, or food quality concerns, please report the issue through the Platform or customer support within a reasonable time after delivery. Each complaint will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
5. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank processing timelines. Nutrition Nook is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
6. Promotions, Coupons, and Wallets
- Promotional discounts and coupon values are non-refundable.
- Refunds for orders paid using wallet balances may be credited back to the wallet.
- Cashback offers, if any, are governed by their specific terms and conditions.
7. Subscription Orders (If Applicable)
For subscription-based or scheduled meal plans, cancellation and refund terms may differ and will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Partial refunds may be issued for unused meals at our discretion.
